In 2012, Mintondale Developments Ltd (MDL) was formed, following the successful promotion of the Radstone Fields Development in Brackley, where Roger, acting on behalf of the landowners, worked closely with the planning consultants, Framptons; the Developers, Barratt, David Wilson and Taylor Wimpey and South Northants Council to deliver the largest new residential development in the District at that time, for the development of up to 1000 dwellings.
Mintondale Developments was formed to specialise in the identification and promotion of land for predominantly residential development. With Roger’s agency background MDL is able to encompass the sale of the land once a successful planning permission has been achieved.

MEET ROGER TYERS
Roger Tyers has over 45 years’ experience in the field of residential property agency in South Northamptonshire, South Warwickshire and North Oxfordshire, 40 years of which he was a Partner or Director of his own Companies. Centred originally in Banbury but in more recent years in the thriving market town of Brackley, Roger’s name is synonymous with New Homes and Development. Throughout his career his attention focused on the sale and acquisition of development land and the sale of new homes, for both volume house builders and local builders, advising them on values, projected sales rates and market trends.
Over last 10 to 15 years, Roger has changed his role and has become increasingly involved with the identification of potential development sites and the planning and promotion of those sites for residential and commercial development. In 2001 Roger set up his own planning and development consultancy named Roger Tyers Land & Development. His work centred on Banbury and Brackley, but because of his contacts within the house building industry, Roger has also worked on projects throughout the East and West Midlands, Home Counties and the Chilterns.
